Sensei Kakashi by JouzuMania Sensei Kakashi by JouzuMania
Hi everyone,

in the last weeks i worked on a new papercraft model. And here is the outcome! It is Kakashi from the well known anime series "Naruto".

I am very astonished how detailed and original he looks. It is like he just jumped out of my computer screen ^_^

not really, kakashi wasnt that hard (for someone who has done some papercrafts before)

try to build spike by spike when you do the hair and then put them all together. just think twice before you glue something.

you will maybe have some problems with the shoulderpads because they overlap the arms.
build the whole upper body first and also the arms but seperated. when you have the body and the arms done, glue the arms to the body (you can use your fingers from the inside of the body to glue the flaps)

the legs are easy going i think (start with the feet and go your way up to the waist)

alright ill tell you how it goes when i try it out. also what paper do you use? i tend to use cardstalk but it makes it hard for those small tiny folds...

you should use thin paper for kakashi. normal printer paper 60-80 gsm is strong enough to hold the weight and is much easier to fold !

(the outcome also looks better in the end when you use paper. Because: The thicker the paper is, the more visible are the glue-lines)
